Welcome! I'm glad to have you here.

As a social worker and certified yoga teacher, I am providing mental health support and therapeutic movement tailored for women aged 18 and above.

My compassionate approach focuses on client strengths and solution-oriented strategies to help you navigate life's challenges and enhance your overall-being. Whether you speak English or German, I'm here to support you. I do offer a sliding scale for my services, so please do not hesitate to reach out.
